The Imagination Journey:
A Feast of Two Worlds
Tuesday 7 October 2025 | Arros QD, London
We urgently need your help. To continue our vital work with children and communities, join us on for an unforgettable dining experience.
On October 7th, two creative giants unite for a once-in-a-lifetime fundraising event.
Martin Allen Morales, CEO of the Institute of Imagination and Peruvian food pioneer joins forces with Quique Dacosta, the legendary Spanish chef with 3 Michelin stars, to create a once-in-a-lifetime immersive dining experience: a theatrical, sensory journey that reimagines five centuries of culinary exchange between Peru and Spain.
Martin, who helped spark the UK’s love of Peruvian cuisine through his award-winning restaurants and cookbooks Ceviche and Andina, returns to the kitchen for the first time in 6 years, to cook alongside Quique’s team in a spectacular celebration of flavour, storytelling and purpose.
Created by Martin Allen Morales and Chef Quique Dacosta, each exquisite course reimagines a moment of exchange between Peru and Spain, brought to life through unique ingredients, personal histories, and creative flair.
Valencian fire-cooked rice and Peruvian ceviche, prepared in front of guests.
What to Expect
Each course, crafted by Martin Morales, Quique Dacosta, and Eduardo Idrobo, tells a story of Spain and Peru through flavour, fire, and memory.
