Set in the dramatic open kitchens of Arros QD, The Imagination Journey is a living narrative: an immersive, theatrical, and philanthropic dining experience that reimagines five centuries of culinary exchange between Spain and Peru. For the first time since stepping away from restaurant life to lead the Institute of Imagination, Martin Morales returns to the pass, co-creating a deeply personal tasting menu that celebrates cultural resilience and the power of imagination.

This autumn, two of the most visionary chefs of the past two decades reunite for a one-night-only celebration of creativity, culture and purpose, in support of children’s futures.
Martin Allen Morales is the CEO of the Institute of Imagination and an award-winning Peruvian-British chef, entrepreneur, and cultural leader.
He is best known for bringing Peruvian cuisine to the UK through his pioneering restaurants Ceviche and Andina, and for his work championing creativity and community impact. At the Institute of Imagination, Martin leads initiatives that empower children, educators, and families to unlock their creative potential through hands-on learning. Bridging food, culture, and social purpose.
Quique Dacosta is a three-Michelin-starred Spanish chef and one of the world’s most influential figures in avant-garde cuisine. Based in Dénia, Spain, his eponymous restaurant Quique Dacosta Restaurante has become a global destination for culinary innovation, blending artistry, storytelling, and a deep respect for Mediterranean ingredients. Known for transforming tradition into groundbreaking experiences, Quique’s work celebrates creativity, culture, and the power of food to tell unforgettable stories.
Hosted by Andi Oliver, the night blends music, storytelling, and surprise performances for an experience that sparks imagination at every turn.
